Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our website. By using the Website you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy. Any Orders placed by you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, if you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not access or otherwise use the site, or disclose to us any personal information.


Interpretation

In these terms of sale, “we”, “us” and “our” means “Fenbendazole Shop”; and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).


Delivery Policy

We ship products via Royal Mail and Evri.


We ship the products on the day the order is made, if the postal services are still operating, otherwise we ship the following day.

Independent of us, your countries Customs or Post Service might delay the goods.


According to the laws in your country, you may have to pay customs duty before you receive your shipment.


If the country of delivery is the US, UK or CA or an EU country, the order will be shipped from a warehouse located there.


If the client does not receive his/hers order by our estimated time, we ask to wait 7 more working days and then we give a full refund or ship a new package via Royal Mail, the customer can choose which option they prefer.


Solution Guarantee

In case of any problem, please contact us individually. We always guarantee a solution to the problem.


Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means the client can ask for a refund during this period. Product has to be returned to us and we will issue refund within 24 hours once the product has been received by us.


Restrictions on Resale

The Buyer agrees not to resell, distribute, or otherwise offer for sale any of our products on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Bonanza, and Walmart. This restriction is intended to maintain the integrity and quality of our brand.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

The BUYER understands and agrees that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The BUYER further agrees that no responsibility or liability will be incurred to any person or entity with respect to any loss, damage, or injury caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the products or information contained herein

Return and Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges


Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


The item must be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping


Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
